6+1 Promotion Rules
 
• Only those registrations received before April 29, 2011 will be eligible.
 
• In order to be eligible for the 6+1 promotion, one company must have at least 6 paid attendees at G-Force Dallas. Any cancellations which bring the number of attendees down below 6 makes the promotion void.
 
• Promotional codes used for free registrations will not be counted towards this promotion. To be eligible, all registrations must be paid registrations.
 
• Refunds for this promotion will only be applied to the 7th attendee from a company. This refund will be based on registration date, and if needed, time of registration. The eligible company will not be able to apply the refund to a specific attendee other than 7th attendee who registers.
 
• At the time of refund, an email will be sent to the 7th attendee letting them know that they are receiving a refund based on the promotional guidelines. This refund will occur post conference, once the final report of attendees has been reconciled.
