Early Bird Fee (March 1 – April 1): $995.00
Standard Fee (April 2 - May 3): $1,295.00
Late/On-Site (after May 3): $1,595.00

Registration fee includes: Welcome Reception on Tuesday, entrance to the Partner Pavilion, access to all G-Force sessions (general session and breakout sessions), the G-Force networking party, breakfast, lunch and breaks on both Wednesday and Thursday, along with closing reception on Thursday.

Sheraton Dallas Hotel
G-Force 2011 will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel brings the spirit of the city to life like no other. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Dallas in the Arts and Financial district, this newly renovated hotel provides everything you need for business or leisure. The surrounding arts district, the largest in the country, features stunning sculpture gardens, music and dance. Steps away from the hotel is the Plaza of the Americas, complete with boutiques, shops, dining and its own indoor ice skating rink. The hotel is a stop on the DART light rail, putting you just minutes from all the city has to offer.

Hotel Conference Rates
Genesys has negotiated a special rate at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for conference attendees: $175 per night (per room for one or two persons).

Please note that all rates are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, which are currently 15%.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
The Sheraton Dallas Hotel’s cancellation policy is as follows: Reservations that are cancelled at least 3 days prior to the reserved check-in day will not be penalized. Reservations that are cancelled within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a charge equal to one night's room and tax. Cancellations will only be accepted via e-mail to the G-Force Dallas Registration Team at dallas@genesysgforce.com.

Travel Information
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own airline reservations and transportation arrangements. Please contact your local travel agent or the airline of your choice to secure airline reservations. Please be sure your scheduled arrival airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).

Ground Transportation
Ground transportation between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and the Sheraton Dallas Hotel is the attendee's responsibility. DFW is approximately 19 miles from the Sheraton and DAL is approximately 5 miles.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle service between the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and the Sheraton Dallas Hotel is provided by SuperShuttle. From DFW Airport: After you claim your luggage, locate the Information Board/Phone at baggage claim. Press the appropriate number for SuperShuttle. After giving your location (the terminal and section are on the phone) to the Guest Service Representative, proceed outside to the orange “Shared Ride” area and look for your SuperShuttle van.

From DAL Airport: Reservations are requested. After you claim your luggage, locate the phone at the entry to the luggage carousels. Push button marked “SuperShuttle.” A Guest Service Representative will give you directions to the pick-up curb and advise of when the next van will arrive to serve you.

Taxi Service
A taxi between DFW and the hotel costs approximately $50 plus tip and takes about 25 minutes. A taxi from DAL costs approximately $20-25 plus tip and takes about 15 minutes.

Car Rental
Rental car desks are available at both Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). If you wish to make a car reservation, please contact your preferred rental company directly.

The Sheraton Dallas Hotel offers both self and valet parking for a fee. Parking rates for a 24-hour period with unlimited in and out privileges are $19 for self-parking or $26 for valet.

Train
Trinity Railway Express offers service between downtown Dallas and the Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport (DFW) Monday through Saturday. One-way fare is $3.75. Details and schedules can be found online at www.trinityrailwayexpress.org/dfw.html.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit offers both bus and city rail service throughout downtown and the Greater Dallas area. The nearest DART location is across the street from the hotel at Bryan and Pearl streets. A single ride is $1.75 and a local day pass is $4.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations e-mailed to dallas@genesysgforce.com on or before April 26, 2011 will be refunded the registration fees less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds of any conference fees will be issued for cancellations made after April 26, 2011.

Badge Scanning Policy
Note to all G-Force attendees: When you allow your badge to be scanned at any point during the conference, you acknowledge that the company scanning your badge has access to your contact information.
